Our story of the ups and downs of raising two great kids, one who is average height and one who has achondroplasia. We have lots to learn about family and friends. Here is our story of how we do it!
Well our (Anne's) garden is blooming...we have tomatoes, cucumbers, basil and oregano and hopefully the peppers will come too! Anne is so proud and eats something everyday from it!!!
For Kindergarten screening, JD got a package of bean seeds, he planted them (I was wishfully thinking that he would eat what he planted) but lo and behold, he has beans growing and they are quite delicious!!!
Would love to have your garden growing in my backyard. Every year we keep saying we will but never get around to it. Aidan is not a vege fan and somehow, like JD, I don't believe growing veges would turn Aidan into loving or even liking them.
Annie - your garden looks awesome! She definitely has a green thumb! Yay for JD growing beans too (even if he still won't eat them)! :) I did not keep up so well with my garden this year . . . just strawberries and cucumbers and a bunch of herbs . . . yummy, but really looks like it could use some more love about now.

Wow! I love fresh veggies! Love that JD still refuses to eat the beans though!
